All staff looked after my late mum with compassion and dignity as they have with all our family members in the past. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you all

Dawe Brothers let me down badly. I wasn't informed for 8 days that I could visit my husband. They didn't document that I had taken clothes and a week later asked me to take them in. A visit to see my husband in the chapel had been made but again nothing written down about the booking.
My husbands surname spelt incorrectly on the coffin lid name plate. Poor communication and documentation and lack of information

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the care and compassion you showed in looking after Mum. During such a difficult time for our family, your professionalism, kindness and quiet reassurance meant so much

Everything was handled with such dignity and respect, and it gave us great comfort knowing Mum was in such caring hands. The service was beautiful, and we are truly grateful for all the guidance and support you gave us throughout.

I can't fault Michelle at Dawe Brothers. She took great care of me when organising my husband Charlies funeral. I had help with everything from ideas for which celebrant to use, flowers and coffin choice and even where I could hold a small wake afterwards. She showed great care and attention all along the way and regular check-ins without being over-bearing, which is exactly what was needed during this difficult time.
The team on the day did everything perfectly and made sure it all ran smoothly and we were well looked after.

Dawes brothers were amazing, truly respected all our wishes. They took amazing care of our beloved Father.

Dawe Brothers kindly took care of Mum when she passed away in October 2025. I found them extremely helpful, sincere and caring. As an ex-soldier I can say that the team they deployed to support Mum’s burial at Humber Woodland of Remembrance did themselves and Mum proud. Their turnout, bearing and dignified demeanour was spot on. Well done and many thanks.

The funeral directors were extremely efficient, respectful, and genuinely kind. Their care and compassion made a sad time much easier to navigate, and the overall experience was very positive.

We were looked after by Laura, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a kinder or more compassionate person to guide us through something so heartbreaking. She went above and beyond for my beautiful girl, treating her with the utmost respect and care. Laura made an unbearable time feel a little less heavy, and I will always be grateful for everything she did for us as a family. I can’t thank her enough.

All the staff involved with my mums funeral were respectful, they made sure as a family that we was looked after on the day, we was not rushed and were asked if we was happy with everything on the day. I can’t thank you enough for the amount of respect and understanding/patience you had. You are all a credit to your company.
